Always dreamed of being on stage in a burlesque show ?
Well now you can!!
Ready to take your dancing from the studio to the stage?
Join Desiree Derrière (Audra) and Tatas Fornow for the Showgirl Showcase Workshop, where you'll learn a choreographed group routine and perform in a live Halloween Cabaret production at The Cat's Crawl in Los Angeles.
This workshop is designed for dancers who want to gain real performance experience in a fun and supportive environment. You'll build confidence on stage while learning stage presence, group choreography, and classic burlesque performance elements. Students will perform as sexy undead zombies to "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails. Some costume pieces, props, and makeup will be provided.
All genders and experience levels are welcome. Performers will also have the chance to earn tips during the show.

Workshop Fee: $125
Level Up Dance Studio students: You may use your membership or class credits for the first 3 classes. If you decide to join the showcase, simply pay the remaining balance directly to Desiree.
Long Beach: Desiree Derriere's Polesque Workshop
Sundays | 12:00 PM
September 13 – October 11
Take your performance to the next level by learning a polesque version of the routine!
Perfect for beginner and intermediate students—no prior pole experience is required. Students will learn pole choreography, burlesque performance, and tricks appropriate to their individual skill level.
5 weekly 75-minute classes at Level Up Dance Studio
1–2 rehearsals at The Cat's Crawl

Live performance on Saturday, October 17

Workshop Fee:$150
Level Up Dance Studio students: You may use your class credits for the first 2 classes, then pay the remaining balance if you choose to participate in the showcase.
